Please note that the test we offer at Modern Urgent Care is the RAPID ANTIGEN test. This is a different test from the PCR test.
Furthermore, if you would like to be seen in office for your symptoms, in office appointments are available at Modern Urgent Care CERES and MANTECA only.

Modern Urgent Care does not currently offer elective testing, and appointments are reserved for patients who are fearful of acute COVID-19 infection (development of new symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or exposure to a confirmed positive case of COVID-19).
At this time, we do not accept the following insurances:
Medicare, Straight Medi-Cal, Kaiser, Sutter, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, Hill Physicians, Prime Community Care of the Central Valley
Please note: For the safety of our patients and our team members, we can only perform the test if tolerated by the patient. If a patient indicates they are not able to tolerate the nasal swab procedure, we will cease the procedure immediately.
